Promotional Products Coordinator – ASI

The Spectrum Marketing Companies are looking for 2 promotional product buyers/coordinators. The ideal candidates will be experienced in the sourcing and production coordination of ASI promotional products and specialty items. Additional experience with screen-printing or embroidery related to branded apparel also a plus.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years experience working with ASI promotional product vendors and related systems
• Understanding of the promotional products industry, products, art requirements and embellishment process
• The ability to coordinate the proofing, ordering, shipment verification and quality assurance of a vide variety of products
• High energy with the ability to work independently and with an extended team
• The ability to multi-task and manage a diverse range of customers and projects
• Dedication to providing excellent support to our customers and outside sales team

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Account Executive - Promotional Products & Branded Apparel Sales

The Spectrum Marketing Companies is looking for 2-3 sales professionals to help grow our promotional products and branded apparel division. The ideal candidates will be experienced in the sale of ASI products or branded apparel with existing contacts within regional businesses.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven salesperson with experience in the promotional products industry or ASI
• A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed and a track record of success
• A professional, career-minded individual with the ability to create, develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer
• The ability to multi-task and manage a diverse range of customers and projects
• Existing book of business considered a major plus

Direct Mail Sales

Looking for experienced direct mail sales representatives. Must have 3-5+ years business-to-business sales experience in direct mail sales or related field. Knowledge of printing and/or direct mail design standards and strategies required with an understanding of general marketing concepts a plus. Must be very detail orientated with strong prospecting, presentation, closing, phone and organizational skills. Fluency in Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Local Advertising Sales

Two additional local advertising sales representatives sought to further grow sales of our Spectrum Monthly publications in local markets. 

Responsibilities include the aggressive prospecting of your assigned territory for new advertisers and providing basic marketing direction for those businesses that choose to advertise. Advertising products include; display ads, inserts, “outserts” and Detached Address Cards. Additional opportunities to sell direct mail, printing, signs and web site design creates a significant income opportunity.

You’ll need to be high-energy, persistent, determined, professional and have at least 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience. Knowledge of Word, Excel and email applications are also required along with a reliable vehicle.
